Bisi Komolafe Veronica  ( Born 1986 and Died on 31, December 2021) is a Nigerian Actress,  Film Producer and Director. She is known for her role in Okukun Biribiri(2010), Alakada(2009),  Igberaga(2009), Taiwo Taiwo(2008), Aramotu(2010) and Ibero ti’daru(2011).

■ Early Life & Education

Born in 1986 to a family of seven, she is the Secondborn out of the five children of her parents. Bisi attended St Louis Grammar school, Mokola, Ibadan for her secondary school, after obtaining her Secondary school certificate, she then proceeded to LASU( Lagos State University)  where she bagged a Degree in Business Administration.

■ Acting Career

Growing upBisi was interested in Acting,  so she always partakes in Drama acting in her local Church, as she was part of the drama Acting group. When She Graduated from St Louis Grammar School, Mokola, Ibadan she was unable to secure admission for two years, seeing this as an opportunity and to keep herself busy she dived into acting and Joined the acting drama Group the Odunfa Circus which was headed by Yinka Quadri.

In 2007, she starred in Edunjobi, a 2007 Yoruba movie which was written by Yinka Quadri and directed by Abiodun Olarewaju, she feature alongside Funke Akindele, Muyiwa Ademola, Jide Kosoko, Yomi Fabiyi and Taiwo Hassan in the movie.

Bisi Komolafe debuted in Taiwo Taiwo(2008), she then appeared in a series of movies in 2009 including Bolode O’ku, Alakada, Asiri Owo, and Iberaga. In 2010 she made an appearance in Aramotu alongside Idiat Sobande, Kayode odumosu and Gabriel Afolayan, the movie received 7 nominations from the 7th Movie Academy Awards and Won the Award For Best Nigerian Film and Best costume design.

In 2011, she rose to prominence when she starred in Igboro ti Daru, a 2011 movie which was produced by Bisi Komolafe herself,  followed by an excellent performance that year, she was nominated for best lead Actress in a Yoruba in 2012

As a producer, she produced a series of movies, her first movie produced is Latorunwa(2009), which was followed by Oka( 2010), ignore ti Daru(2011) and Eja tutu(2011).

On the 31st Of December 2012, on the New year of 2013, news broke that Bisi Komolafe dies, she had her final breath in the University College Hospital Ibadan and her body was laid to rest on January 4th, 2013 at St.Mary Catholic Church, Oke padre, Ibadan. She was 26 years when she gave up the ghost

Bisi Romola’s death came barely after a year she got engaged to her Fiance, Tunji Ijaduaola, before her death the couple had been together for over a year and had evened their traditional introduction, however, er when Bisi was three or four months pregnant she fell to sickness, with Some claiming the whereas due to abortion Bisi Died her before she died. She is survived by her parents other and Sister.
