Alice Braga is a Brazilian actress, producer, and director, she has acted in many Brazilian films and performed in most anticipated movies, she act as Angelica in the city of God which was released in 2002, and she made an appearance as Karinna in the lower city on 2005, Dolores in only God knows on 2006, she rose to prominence and become widely known after she acted as Anna in ” I Am Legend “(2007) in which she featured with will Smith.

* Early life and Education

Alice Braga was born on April 15, 1983, in Sao Paolo, Brazil to Anna Braga ( Mother ) who was an actress, and Ninho Moraes ( father ), A Brazilian Tv Director. Alice Braga has a sister, Rita Moraes, who is a film producer, Actress, and model.

She finished her elementary education in Sao Paolo, Brazil, and her parents relocated to the United States, where she continued her high school education in Los Angeles. Alice Braga has acting in her blood, her mother was an actress, her aunty also was an actress and her father is a Brazilian Tv director, she does follow her mother and her aunty to the filming location, though she developed a love for acting. As a child, Braga acted in school plays and elementary, and she began to appear in films during her teenage years, she later dropped acting to focus more on her university education. Alice Braga is fluent in speaking Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

* Career

Alice Braga began her acting career when she was right years old, she acted as Claudia in Trampolim, a short Portuguese film in 1998. She also acted as Angelica in the city of God, A crime movie in 2008, in which both Portuguese and English were spoken, this movie won BAFTA Award for best editing. She featured in the lower city as Karina in 2005 and as Dolores in only God knows in 2006. 

Alice Braga also acted as Vania in the popular Brazilian popular Tv program, Caranduru, outros Historias in 2005, and other tv series like Supeebonita in 2010 and Brazilians in 2012

She rose to prominence and she make her stand in the Hollywood industry when she acted as Anna in ” I am legend ” in which she collaborated with Will Smith, she become widely known through this movie and quickly become a well-known figure in the Hollywood movie industry, in 2010 she acted as Isabelle in predator, acted as Frey in Elysium( 2013).

TheAlice Braga acted as Teresa Mendoza in Quen of the south, a TV series that range from 2016- to 2021, this tv series tells about a woman Teresa ( Alice Braga)  who flees Mexico after her drug-runner boyfriend is murdered. Settled in Dallas looks to become the country’s reigning drug smuggler and avenge her lover’s murder. In 2021 she acted as Sol Sonia in Suicide Squad. The talented actress has won 13 awards and 14 nominations .
