Early Life
Simi was born and raised in Ojuelegba district of Surulere in Lagos State, Nigeria on the month of April 19th, 1988. Where she was the last born of four (4) Children.
She was educated in Elite Nursery And Primary School for her Primary Education and International College, Ikorodu for her Secondary Education.
She proceeded to The Covenant University, Ota for her higher Education, were in she graduated with a degree in Mass Communication.
Music career
Ever since Simi switched to afro-pop, she became known for her talent by Majority of Music lovers.
In January 2014, Simi produced an EP with a hit track like Tiff, which created her an opportunity to be signed to X3M Music Records Label.
In 2016, she produced a hit track titled, Jamb Question, with a follow-up remixed with Falz. Still that year, Simi featured Falz with tracks (EP); Love Don’t Care and Chemistry.
