Korede Bello ( Born on 29, February 1996) is a Nigerian Singer and songwriter, he is one of the youngest talents in the music industry. Korede Bello rose to prominence when he dropped his hot banger single ” Godwin ” a semi-gospel and pop song which become a national anthem in the country, the song received numerous Nominations and Awards, and it was dropped loosely his other hit single ” Mungo Park”.

● Earlylife & career

Born and raised in Lagos, he attended his primary and secondary school education in Lagos, after obtaining his West African Examination certificate, he proceeded to the Nigerian Institute of Journalism where he bagged a Higher National diploma in mass communication.

Korede Bello has an early interest in music since he was kid, noticing his love for music his father bought him a guitar and begin teaching him how to use it, this aroused his interest in music getting accustomed to music as he grew up, and he began to perform on stage and at age Thirteen he competed in a competition and he performed excellently among those older than him

Seeing his talent in music, he decided to pursue his professional career in music, on 2013 he dropped his first single ” Forever “, this song was appreciated by many but this was not enough to bring him to prominence.

Seeing his talent, he was approached by Mavin Record, a record label company that is owned and managed by Don Jazzy. On 24, February 2014 he got signed into Mavin Record. After some months that he got signed he dropped his hottest banger single song ” Godwin” a semi-gospel and pop song, catching his fans by surprise, the song was a hit toppling charts and rising him to prominence. The song was nominated for Nigeria Entertainment Award for a Hottest single of the year (2015), The Headies Award for song of the year (2015), MTV Music Award for song of the year (2015), and winning The headies Award for the Best pop single.

After releasing ” Godwin “, it was followed closely by Mungo park, this song was a hit, it was followed closely by One& Only (2017), and My people 2017). On 13 March 2017, he released his debut album ” Beloved “, the album comprise four singles ” Korede”, ‘ Oh Baybe( Hermosa)”, Repete, Butterfly, Let Him Go, My people, if you smile, Young Presido, and favorite song, the song was nominated for the album of the year by City people music Award. In 2023, he released Overloading, kore de Bello has collaborated with many artists like Tiwa Savage, Don Jazzy, and a lot more

Korede is also involved in Humanitarian works one of such is the project Pink blue walk for Career Awareness in Abuja. I
