Fathia Akorede Adunni Balogun born on May 5, 1969 (51years ) is a Nigerian Actress, Filmmaker, Producer, and Director. She hailed from Okpara Descent in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria. She was born into a polygamous family of 9, she was born to Mr. William( Father ) and Talayo Abeni Teniola ( Mother)
Fathia Balogun attended Maryland Primary school and Maryland Comprehensive High school where she obtained her West Africa Examination Council ( WAEC) Secondary school certificate after finishing her secondary school she proceed to Kwara state Polytechnic where she obtained her diploma, in 2016 she decided to further her education she got admitted into Olabisi Onabajo University to study filming
* Career
After finishing her education at Kwara State University, she once worked as a general receptionist at Chip bit & bit, a computer company on Toyin Street, Ikeja Lagos, Nigeria back then and she was earning N 5,000 per month. Fathia Balogun become popular in the 90s through her uncle Alhaji Fatia Tenuola who asked father Balogun to stand in for an actress that failed to show up in the production of the movie ” Ta Lo Pa Chief” which was the first role that she was starred in and has become popular since then. She has featured and acted in over 200 Nollywood movies. She has worked and acted with Nollywood actors and actresses like Odunlade Adekola, Femi Adebayo, Iyabo Ojo, Lateef Adedimeji, and a lot more

Due to the pressure from her husband of using her name after divorce she has changed her surname to her maiden name ( Williams)
