Keshinro Ololade( Born on March 17, 1995) is professionally and Popularly known as Lil Kesh a Nigerian Singer, songwriter, and Rapper. He rose to prominence when he released his Hot dubbed ” Shoki”.

●Early Life

Born on March 17. 1995 in Bariga, a district, and Sub-burb in Lagos state, Nigeria though he hailed from Osun state, Nigeria. He was born into a middle-class family, and growing up in the community was hard for the singer.

Lil Kesh attended Stockbridge College for his primary and secondary school education, after completing his secondary school education, he proceed to National Open University, Nigeria(Noun ) where he studied Linguistics after bagging his degree, he later studied Mass Communication Online.

Career

Like most artists, Lil kesh has had an interest in music since he was young and do perform in the street among his mate, his parent was aware of this and they were supportive.

In 2012, he began his professional music career when his first debut single ” Lyrically, the song was a hit within Nigerian Universities, this was not enough for the artiste as he seeks more success. realizing his talent he was invited to YBNL, A record label owned and controlled by The Nigeria Singer and Rapper Olamide, he joined the Record label in 2012.

In 2014 he released his hot debut single ” Shoki”, the song also came with his music dance, the song was a hit as this was the anthem of the country, this song topped several Music Chart and brought to prominence and won several awards which include Nigerian Teen Choice Awards for Celebrity Award Song of the year, City People Entertainment Awards for a popular song of the year and been nominated for several awards.

In 2014, Lil kesh released the Remix of Shoki featuring The YBNL CEO, Olamide and DMW Boss. After his contract ran out in 2016, he left YBNL and created his Record Label YAGI Record( Young and Gettin) is managed by the Massive Management team, a marketing and event management event ” Speaking in an interview, The YBNL Boss speaks about Lil kesh leaving the record label he said ” Kesh got his record label now YAGI but still works with YBNL management, Viktor is still under YBNL is Management too, worry not. on March 17, 2016, he released his first debut studio album ” Y.A.G.I” through YBNL, Record Label, it was produced by Young John and Pheelz, and the album feature guest presence from Phyno, YCEE, Wale, Patoranking, Olamide, Davido, Viktoh, and Chinko Eku, it comprises of four single ” Lyrically”, ” Efejoku”, Is it because I Love you and Ibile.
