Chelsea Eze, also known as Chelsea Ada Ezerioha, is a talented Nigerian actress and television personality who has made a name for herself in the vibrant world of Nollywood. Born on November 15, 1985, in Kano State, Nigeria, she hails from Umuahia, Abia State, in the southeastern region of the country. With a background in English and Linguistics from the University of Maiduguri, Chelsea’s journey into acting was unexpected but filled with determination and hard work.

Growing up in the north of Nigeria, Chelsea had the privilege of being raised by both her parents, who were bankers. She attended the Federal Government Girls College and St. Louis Secondary School, both located in Kano. After completing her secondary education, she pursued her academic dreams at the University of Maiduguri, graduating in 2008.
Chelsea Eze Career Breakthrough:
Despite never considering acting as a profession, Chelsea’s life took a turn during her college days when she accompanied a friend to a film shoot directed by Emem Isong in 2017. Emem Isong encouraged her to face the camera and that became her first audition. Subsequently, she got her big break when Vivian Ejike, a colleague of Emem Isong, was looking for a suitable actress for the film “Silent Scandals” in 2009. Chelsea’s remarkable performance in the movie earned her the Most Promising Actress in Nigeria award at the 6th African Movie Academy Awards in 2010.
